Guarantee/Return Policy

 

 

Notify me within 24 hrs.of arrival of any birds that may have died. Report to me the number of live birds and the number of dead birds. We will, at our discretion replace dead birds no refunds will be provided.  Keep in mind, that a replacement may not immediately be available!

Lost birds are replaced free, but buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. There is absolutely no refund given for dead birds, only replacement birds will be provided.

FAQ’s

What do I do if a bird is dead on arrival?

Call me or email me right away and let me know the status of the birds. If I do not answer the phone, please leave a message on voice mail or send an email but please contact me that very same day the birds arrive.

What if a bird dies the next day?

If you suspect any problems with the birds on arrival you should contact me right away to see if anything can be done to save a stressed bird. Many times there are measures that can be taken to prevent the death of a bird that arrives in a stressed condition. I always offer replacements for birds that stress out and die within 2 days after arrival provided you call me the day the birds arrive to tell me there is a problem. However the buyer must notify me immediately after arrival to say that something is wrong. If you wait 2 or 3 days to call and tell me one died then no free replacements will be given. Losses which occur after 2 or more days will not be considered my responsibility.

 

Can I get a refund for dead birds?

No refunds are given, ONLY free replacement birds or a credit towards a future order if you prefer that option. No exceptions.
