	SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy for shipping Canaries and Finches from the Canary's Nest All birds are shipped from Norfolk International Airport, Norfolk, Virginia. Shipping birds can only be done by the airlines using a jet to major airports. Live birds cannot be shipped on a propeller aircraft due to lack of a pressurized compartment in which to place the birds. I like to use Delta as my first choice, but this is not always possible, many times one of the more expensive airlines must be used.
Shipping will only be accomplished via one of the major airlines such as:

Delta	*Approximate cost: $90, No Health Certificate Required**
American Airlines	*Approximate cost: $170, No Health Certificate Required**
Northwest Airlines	*Approximate cost: $170, Northwest requires Health Certificate**
