Dear Marvin:
My Spanish Timbrado canary arrived this morning after a "long night's
journey into day" and appeared to be none the worse for it. In fact, he
seemed so pleased with his new "bachelor pad" that he started singing
within 20 minutes after taking possession of it! I thought it would take
days for him to adjust to his new environment.
He is healthy and spirited and his singing range is astonishing. I can't
tell you just how much pleasure he is giving me already.
I especially want to thank you for making this experience such a pleasure
for a novice like myself. Your patience and kindness in answering a
myriad of questions helped lead me step by step to selecting the type of
canary that would best offer what I was looking for.
It was apparent to me from the first conversation I had with you that you
run a business based on integrity, knowledge and principle and that you
genuinely try not only to make the customer happy but to give your birds
the very best care possible.
You run a "class act" Marvin, and I highly recommend you and your
"Canary's Nest" to anyone seriously interested in purchasing a healthy
and well cared for bird. You have made a new customer for life!
